We have our diamonds independently assessed and appraised, which really benefits you in two ways:
   · It gives you a third party, unbiased view of what you're purchasing.
   · Insurance (which you will have to do down the line).

Finding Your Perfect Stone

Our Protocol: She's Got to Love it!

We require a $500.00 deposit, which is always refundable.

The deposit will:
   1. Hold the diamond and it's price.
   2. Book you a design session to custom design your piece of jewelry .
   3. Complete the Diamond

Then we do the paperwork, appraisals, the box and the whole nine yards! The diamond is all hers!

If you take it home and it's not perfect in her eyes, bring it back and we'll work on it until it is. She has to love it. Beauty and Value is the essence of the Carats Brand. We understand that a Diamond is a precious gift, a symbol of truth, beauty and respect.
